Christmas at St. Margaret Mary, December 8

There will be a mass at 5:00PM

Choir will perform at 6:30PM

 St. Nicholas of Myra Church (Manhattan – Mike Kormanik’s choir), possibly some choir members from Christ Church (Staten Island), possibly some Staten Island Sweet Adelines and any other interested choirs/singing group, congregate in front of the VFW Post at 575 Mill Road.

Come listen and then sing along to beautiful Christmas carols.  This will be the same evening that a very symbolic tree will be lit for all those struggling with the affects of Hurricane Sandy.  This is a tribute to strength, resiliency, and community; and a thank you to all the “Responders” pitching in to help their neighbors and community friends. We’ve distributed food, shovels, diapers and supplies; now we’d like to provide a little something for the victims’ souls.&Please pass the word to your neighbors and friends.  There will be hot beverages and desserts and a few moments to relax and enjoy.
